  • The inspiration behind the artwork comes from old masters paintings of Christ nailed to the cross. The powerful motif of crucifixion connected well with the album's theme of pain and human suffering. Additional demonic and dark elements mark this cover as a testament to the ferocious sound of “Everything Bleeds.”
