Commissioned Album Layouts
Price: $500 (or $1,500 with price of commissioned album artwork)

• Inside panels and overlays created using crops or variations of commissioned artwork.

• Custom artwork for inside panels and overlays are an additional $500-1,000 each depending on complexity of artwork.

• Includes high res 300dpi digital version of artwork  in PSD and JPEG format. 

• Layouts are in print PDF formatted for printing. 

• Mocked up for printing with customized formats available (jewel case, sleeves, digipak,  etc.)

• Additional mocks for cassette + CD are included with a charge of $50 per for any additional items. 

Logo + Sigil Design
Price: $350

• Comes with 3 drafts

• Additional drafts are each $50+

• Complex font styles or logos with a word count over 7-10 are $400+

• ​Sigils are $350+ with same draft policy as logos.

• Sigils can be bundled with logos for an additional $150+ 

Merchandise
Price: $400-500

• Includes high res 13x18in 300dpi digital versions of artwork.

• Mocked up and converted to CMYK for printing sent in PDF format.

• Does not include actual physical printing of merchandise. ​

Licensing Agreement

This contract states an agreement between Caelan Stokkermans Arts and the client.

Caelan Stokkermans Arts agrees to granting above party the exclusive, transferable and assignable use of the commissioned and/or purchased product granted in perpetuity for the usage by the above party in the form specified and agreed upon. Original artistic piece is still the property of Caelan Stokkermans Arts and may be used in the creation of products not attributed to the above party. This does not void the exclusive licensing to the above party as long as the product displays some representation of the above party. 

Caelan Stokkermans Arts retains all copyrights and moral rights attached to this image as well as creative property rights and artistic rights as the creator of purchased and/or commissioned products. All displays of product must be credited back to Caelan Stokkermans Arts in form of a statement or link to social media account and or website. Altering in any form the purchased and/or commissioned product without consent of Caelan Stokkermans Arts is strictly forbidden and will result in a voiding of contract. Altering product and transferring creative attribution and rights to another party by any individual will result in a void in contract and legal action will be pursued.  Failing to credit and/or attributing an unaltered version of product to another party will result in a breach in contract and cause said party to be liable of legal action. 

The licensee holds Caelan Stokkermans Arts harmless against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses claimed by a third party in relation to the use of this product.

This document is effective following immediately after the payment stated and agreed upon by the above party and Caelan Stokkermans Arts. The final payment is due preceding the closing and agreement of the above stated criteria and an invoice shall be kept by both parties 

Refund Policy

Deposit for booking a project is non-refundable. When the client receives the product, all refunds become void after said product is delivered. Once the project has begun, clients will be given the opportunity to ask for adjustments and alterations during the sketch phase and process phases after (jurisdiction remains with the artist). Upon completion of the project if the client is unhappy with the final product they are still legally required to compensate Caelan Stokkermans Arts for the time and effort spent on the project. If the client does not provide compensation then legal action will be taken or Caelan Stokkermans Arts has the right to void this contract and repurpose the product for re-license or as a personal artwork. Client will relinquish all rights to final product if this step is taken and can not penalize or in any way require compensation from Caelan Stokkermans Arts. The party can recommission the artist which will require a new contract and additional payment.

Usage Of Licensed Work

Client must use the work in the intended format as stated in initial agreement between Caelan Stokkermans Arts and the client. If the client decides to no longer use the licensed work, this must be communicated in a timely manner to allow for the licensed work to be used on socials and portfolios. Reparations may be made if the non-usage of the work damages Caelan Stokkermans Arts in anyway. If no proper schedule or communication is established, Caelan Stokkermans Arts reserves the right to reveal the work itself without any attributions to the client (any sort of branding work is exempt) after a 6 month period. This period renews if communication has been established with the client and a tentative release schedule has been established. IN ABSOLUTELY NO CIRCUMSTANCE is work by Caelan Stokkermans Arts to be used for AI generative software by licensee or re-licensed for use in AI without express permission.
